Immediately after launching the Moona, you can hear it starting and then stopping 3 times. It is actually Moona priming. The pump in your Moona starts sending water through the pillow pad, chasing air out and adjusting its speed, depending on how you set-up Moona and what Mode you've selected. Bluetooth issues have been reported on iOS 14.1 and iOS 14.2 on iPhone X and 11. After updating the software on Moona, the Moona Bluetooth connection might be lost.
