First, keep in mind that temperature changes are slow to gradually help you ease in sleep and out of sleep. You might need to leave the product a few more minutes to reach the desired temperature (especially in extreme room conditions).

If you don't feel the cold, check that you correctly placed the pillow pad : above your pillow, UP written on the tube facing upwards, and the foam squares are up as well. Also check inside the pillow case, to see if the plastic circuit is on the top (if not, change it so the foam squares are facing up).

Make sure that there is enough water in the pad and that the water is flowing everywhere. Also keep in mind that the distance between the pad and the device should not be more than 70cm (if it is more than that, try to decrease the distance).

Check that your night mode is on! When you launch a night on the Moona device or the app three zzz's should appear on the Moona display. Additionally during a night when the O button is pressed, the temperature should appear. If you can see the time, a night mode has not been launched!
