Check that the MOONA is ON
Check that Bluetooth is ON on your phone
Check if the Moona device is connected to some other phone/device. To be sure, forget the Moona device from all other devices you may have connected to it before ( You can go to the phone's Bluetooth Settings and then forget the Moona Device)
Check if Moona is already connected to your phone (Go to your phone's Settings). If yes, forget the device and retry

Lastly, try to scan the device with some other phone.

Forget the Moona device from your phone/device, close the tab of the running Moona App, and then try connecting your Moona to your phone again through the App following the above-mentioned steps.
