1) I cannot see the Moona device when I scan :

Check that MOONA is ON
Check that Bluetooth is ON on your phone
Check if the Moona device is connected to some other phone/device. To be sure, forget the Moona device from all other devices you may have connected to it before ( You can go to the phone's Bluetooth Settings and then forget the Moona Device)
Check if Moona is already connected to your phone (Go to your phone's Settings). If yes, forget the device and retry
Check that you have provided location permission to the Moona App in your phone's Settings ( If not go to your phone's privacy Settings and allow the Moona App to use the location)
At last, try to scan the device with some other phone.

2) The Bluetooth symbol is always ORANGE:

Forget the Moona device from your phone/device, close the tab of the running Moona App, and then try connecting your Moona to your phone again through the App following the above-mentioned steps.

3) Bluetooth disconnects immediately after connecting:

This can be due to old firmware and App. Make sure your App is updated to the latest version. Go to Moona App Settings > About > Tap on the white fox 5 times. An update button would appear. Follow the instructions on the app to install the update.
Forget the Moona device from your phone/device, close the tab for the running App, and then try connecting your Moona again through the App following the above-mentioned steps.
Retry the above steps

If none of these work, try resetting the device.

Then go back to the main screen of the App and try changing a setting. The connexion is restored if you see a check mark "✔" appear on the screen of your device.
