If you are using a Samsung phone/tablet with Android version 10, the current app version has some issues with Bluetooth connectivity (see below, it is a Samsung issue). However, we have good news for you. Samsung has been able to solve this issue recently and it is being integrated into our next firmware and App version which is going to be released very soon.
In the meantime, you can already access this fix in the beta version of the Android App.
You need to go to the Google Play Store > search for Moona App > on the App page you should see an option to join the beta.

Thank you for your patience and we will let you know as soon as the new firmware and App version is available.

Here are the issues you might face with the current app version:

App version < 4.7.0: you will not be able to connect to your Moona device at all
App version >= 4.7.0: you will be able to connect, send settings like temperature and other device settings, but you won’t be able to update the device’s software, and you won’t be able to gather sleep data from the device.

It was an ongoing and open issue filed with Samsung, here is the link to know more: https://forum.developer.samsung.com/t/samsung-android-10-ble-connectivity-regression/509).
